自 １９９３年以來，外國駐台觀光代表聯誼會（ＡＮＴＯＲ）已成為一個有規範的機構。 ＡＮＴＯＲ 的會員們與旅遊業者的互動包括資源、才能的分享，希望的是能提昇旅遊的品質。在不同文化薰陶下的人們之中，旅遊一直扮演著促成
和平與瞭解的角色。他是一座橋樑拉近了人們的距離。 此外，旅遊更能使大家有機會認識他國的文化、習俗 與傳統，甚至能增加見聞與修養。在此，我們

Message from President
Since its establishment in 1993, ANTOR - Taiwan has grown into a reputable
organization, with our members working closely together, and reaching
out to our colleagues in the travel industry, sharing resources and
talents to improve the quality of travel for the people in Taiwan. Tourism
has always been the instrument for peace and understanding among people
of different culture. It is the bridge that brings people together.
Travel allows people the opportunity to see and appreciate other culture,
customs, and traditions, which then enrich their own knowledge and being.
We in ANTOR are proud and happy that we are able to contribute to this
noble mission.
外國駐台觀光代表聯合會(ANTOR)，是由世界各國國家或州政府觀光組織在台觀光代表處所組成之一聯合會。外國駐台觀光代表聯合會，乃為一非營利與非政治之機構，正式成立於西元一九九三年十二月十四日。成立之主要目的，是在於提供所屬會員觀光資訊之交流，進而提昇旅遊品質與台灣海外旅遊之便利性。。
ANTOR - Taiwan, the Association National Tourism Office (NTO) Representatives stationed in Taiwan has a membership of Twenty-Seven (26) National and Regional Tourism Offices whose tourism officials represent nations from all over the world. This voluntary non-profit and non-political organization was established on December 14, 1993 to represent the collective views of its members to the public in order to raise the quality and facilitate outbound travel from Taiwan.
外國駐台觀光代表聯合會之主要目標如下：
Objectives : The main objectives of ANTOR are :
1.增進會員與觀光產業之合作關係。
2.提供觀光理念交流之場所，以創觀光之環境。
3.促進會員國 彼此間旅遊成長、價值與品質之貢 獻。
4.維持並發展與其他國家之「外國觀光代表聯誼 會」相互之合作。
5.增進國際旅遊，並遵循當地法令行使各項推廣 之工作

To foster a closer working relationship among ANTOR members and between all travel industry representatives; |

To provide a forum for the exchange of views on matters of mutual concern and interest within the travel industry; |

To contribute to the growth, value and quality of travel to and within the member countries; |

To maintain and develop cooperation with ANTOR chapters in other countries; |

To promote international traveling in every possible way within the framework of local laws and custom. |

a. 外國國家政府觀光組織外派駐台代表之會員。
b. 區、州或市觀光局代表之會員。
c. 外國國家政府觀光組織委任外交使節駐台代表之會員員。
d. 外國國家政府觀光組織委派私營公司駐台代表之會員。

Representatives of foreign NTO (National Tourism Office) in Taiwan, duly endorsed by the country’s Embassy, Representative Office, or the Tourism Authority. |

Heads of Regional, State, or City Tourism Authorities. |

Members of diplomatic missions officially appointed as Representative of the country’s National Tourism Office in Taiwan. |
| d. |
Members of commercial firms in Taiwan appointed by a foreign country’s Tourism Authorities as its Representative in Taiwan. |
2.ALLIED Members - available to organizations only on an invitational basis from the Executive Committee and membership approval must be obtained from a simple majority of the active members attending a business meeting.? Such membership is devoid of any legitimate right to determine, guide or influence the activities of ANTOR or its members
